However I have to tell you that this is so effective that I had to stop using it!  I am normally quite an olive skinned person who tans easily - well when we have sun in our part of Scotland. Because this eye treatment worked so well I ended up looking like a reverse Panda - I had white eye surrounds in a tanned face. So I personally would say if you are trying to remove dark circles around around your eyes in particular - then this really works!! I could certainly see and feel tightening of the skin in the treated area.
