Yes it's bubbling up inside me and 
I just have to tell you.....

A brand new customer sent us this for Christmas - we did laugh!!!

We have recently added three new lines to our products. The Prism Shines which are must for the Disco Divas amongst you - really amazing lunious shines of Green, Blue, Purple & Red - waiting for some photos of clients wearing these!! Then for those in love how about Flavoured Shines to add that certain something to your kisses - be it Chococlate, Mint, Lemon, Pineapple, Vanilla.... and last but no least Spa Treatments for your Lips - I really enjoyed trying this out. It certainly leaves your lips naturally rosy, exfoliated and quite lush looking - almost not needing any colour which is sacriligeous to say!! Of course I did not spend the next 4 hours checking out my lips so I am not sure how long this look lasted!!

Last July we were very lucky to find Ellena to help with giving colour advice - she just wallows in talking colour and has built up her experience over many years. Ellena is not local to us in the Highlands, but through the wonders of technology manages to keep in touch from North Wales!

More recently our team has grown to cope with the increasing number of customers. Firstly there is the delighteful Jan Robinson, who is so elegant, slender, and has a lovely tinkling laugh. She is battling with handling Credit Card payments  from non web orders. Checking up on the goods in and dealing with the strange things that seem to happen to every other parcel from the USA and making sense if possible, of it all.

Jan has recently been followed by the mother of three Mel- Annie whose fourth is due in a couple of months - her province is Clients Services which is chiefly coping with Returns and Testers - the latter seem to lead independant lives and are quite often not where we think they are!!

Of course they both input orders and pack parcels before attending to their own 'departments'. Maureen a dear friend and neighbour, is also training in the packing parcels department because both Jan & Mel are over the water on the otherside of the loch - and sometimes crossing the loch is not easy - Highland weather being what it is!  Whereas they might input orders over the airwaves - at the end of the day hands are physically needed to get the Lip Inks into parcels! This requires some fine tuning because our only daily post goes at 10:30 a.m. and orders normally come in at the end of the day - so we need a night shift! Of course if we had not set ourselves the task of getting them out as swiftly as possible that would not matter!!

What we are trying to do is enable those who are less able to get at employment in our remote area and utilise the wonders of technology to make that happen. Of course without you our dear customers none of this would be possible.

Last March  - gosh over a year ago! David Horne at the Jemma Kidd Make-up School  demos our organic Lip Colours as they believe that the world and the beauty world especially is moving to natural cruelty free products and colours. We launched these on the lovely sunny Monday down in Notting Hill!!  Some of the top Women's Magazine  Beauty Editors came along to have their lip colours done for them!!! We are hoping that they will now be writing about Lip Inks®, but of course they work some 3 months ahead. So keep your eyes skinned - we hope they will let us know in good time so we can let you know!

Next my lovely PR lady Louise from and Shetland  - yes folks as far north as you can get - is a foodie and she watches UKTV Food Live - and whilst watching what happened - Jeni Barnett got told off for leaving her lippy on her coffee cup - revealed for all to see - not pretty. Louise could hardly get to the office fast enough the next morning to let Jeni know that she need never ever do this again - Lip Ink®'s Lip Colour TF Pink Red and Cherry winged their way there the very next day - we dared Jeni to give a resounding smacker on any bald pate around - just to prove how effective Lip Inks® are!

No great surprise to us is to discover that members of the 'Transengendered Community' love Lip Inks® too - the good colours, long lasting and smudge proof qualities are of great value to them as you might imagine - we have been mentioned in their very own 'Repartee' magazine which comes out every quarter.

Jenny Fowler a long time wearer of Lip Inks - long before me even - runs this splendid service of helping Clients choose Cosmetic surgery abroad - she even travels with the groups to give that extra feeling of re-assurance. She has opened new premises in HornChurch and will soon be stocking Lip Ink Testers for those anxious Londoners to try - I am just waiting to hear when she is due back.
